Goal is to raise funding portfolio of World Vision India into 60:40 sponsorship versus non sponsorship.Responsible for Grant Management including Monitoring and Evaluation and reporting to the donors.

Responsibilities: Provide overall Leadership in managing a consortium comprising of of 12 International NGOs and implementing Grants worth 3.5 million from USAID and 12.5 million from Global Fund. The project contributed to the overall efforts of Revised National TB Control Program by implementing activities related to Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilisation. Coverage 74 Districts in 7 States of India. AchievementsDemonstrated high team spirit by developing highly motivated team of the Primary Recipient and an exceptional relationship with the Sub Recipients. Latest Performance Rating given by Global Fund as A1. Put in place supportive supervision mechanism leading to a coaching and mentoring PR-SR relationships.Conducted Two Operations Research in understanding the behavioural issues related to low case detection rate of TB and the other one in understanding the effectiveness of different ACSM Model in increasing three outcome indicators of the project.Conceived and designed a web based Finance Program Monitoring System (FPMS) for Global Fund Round 9 Program to track program indicators and Financial Reports from 374 districts in 23 States. It is a first time that financial data can be viewed on a real time basis from various locations.Submitted and got approval of two abstracts submitted to 42 World Conference on Lung Health to be held in Lille, France, October 2011. Headed the department with three units namely Quality Assurance (10 people), responsible for building organisational capacity in Program Designing, Monitoring and Evaluation, setting up M&E System and evaluating programs and projects of World Vision India,Technical Solutions (10 people): Responsible for technical soundness of design and implementation of all programs and projects and Knowledge Management (2 people): Building organisation capacity in sharing and disseminating knowledge.AchievementsGovernance Level: Regularly reported to the Board of Directors progress against the country strategy using 19 core indicators that used both qualitative and quantitative methods.Management Level: Developed Evaluation Function as a primary tool for the management to monitor the impact and the effectiveness of the program, and Operations Review as supplementary tool to measure the compliance of projects against the quality standards. For a period of 6 years, provided leadership to the Annual Budgeting and Planning Cycle through design, monitoring and evaluation of 200+ projects with an annual budget of 50+ million USD.Developed Evaluation Policy and Evaluation Framework for the organisationFurther developed Meta Analysis as tool for Learning and feeding into the key strategies of the organization. The management used the findings from meta analysis to develop new programming models, country strategies and also for donor relations. Instituted Lot Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) Methodology as a Monitoring tool to be used by all the projects for regular monitoring and reporting on core indicators. Independently as Evaluation Team Lead, conducted around 50 evaluations within World Vision and outside World Vision. Designed Evaluations of over 100 Program Evaluations and mentored group of 35 Evaluators for World Vision India.

Responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of polio eradication project being funded by USAID and implemented through a consortium of US based NGOs. It also required management of consortium and working in partnership with the Ministry of Health, Government of India and States of UP, Bihar, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh
