• Responsible to assist in establishing, expanding and operating Manaram Trade and Investment's diverse industries portfolio: International Trading-Pet Food , Automobiles and Parts (Authorized distributor- Mahindra Vehicles), Human Food–Manufacturing (dairy) and distribution, Manufacturing Construction material – sand, stone, etc.(Crusher)• Develop and execute companies’ business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders• Provide strategic advice to the board and President of Holding group ( www.himalayan.holdings/ ) so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities for itself and all companies under it.• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities• Prepare budgets for all companies and oversee financial performance, investments and other business ventures• Delegate responsibilities and supervise work of General Managers providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance• Analyze all submitted reports by subordinates/ managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems

Support location manager to run multi-site operation smoothly and take the charge of the location in his absence. Responsibilities:• Work closely with General Manager in every department (Operations, HR, Finance, Change Management) to operate business in the location with seven sites.• Be a member of strategic team aiming to improve product offering to the end customers in order to increase the sales volume.• Forecast sales (daily, weekly, quarterly and annually) and act accordingly in purchase, stock management and human resource.• Preparing and understanding key financial performance measures including: GP, Sales trends.• Interpret financial data and propose/implement underpinning action.• Interviewing and selecting employees and reviewing their performance.• Provide training to new recruits (health and safety, product & their components, customer service, complain handling).

Responsibilities: Helping daily operation run smoothly there by managing front of house, checking & maintaining stock level and analysing & entering the daily figures in the system. I enjoy taking the charge of the multi-site location, Kensington Gardens, in the absence of Managers.
