Manager - Corporate QA.

- Assessment of Customer Satisfaction for entire BSL business group (All India) through structured Market Research approach.- Capturing of Business Process Improvement opportunities through various data sources such as AMC / WTY Complaints, Sales Returns, FFBs, Escalated Complaints Analysis, Customer / Dealer's feedback and regular Process / Quality System Audit.- Drive CFQI (Customer Focused Quality Improvement)Program- Structured approach to streamline business processes, Improve product Quality and Services across all the Divisions / Business Groups of BSL for enhancing Customer's perception.- Drive 'Manufacturing Excellence Program' (Achieving PPM < 500) through TPM philosophy and lean Six Sigma methodology. - Support 'Service Excellence Program' through rigorous complaint call analysis/ process audits and subsequent improvement projects.- Drive " Critical Vendor Quality Improvement Program " under Supplier Chain portfolio.- Drive Strategic Special Projects to support Top Management to achieve Corporate Objectives across the BSL group.- Impart education and training to employees on Quality Improvement drives through awareness training programs for establishing Customer Focused Quality culture across BSL groups.

- Identification & Finalization of Six Sigma (BB / GB) Projects by Analyzing (PPR and TBR) .- Adherence to Six Sigma rigor & Follow DMAIC Methodology to identify vital X’s & validate it with actual statistical tools in each Project & Implement the solutions across the division.- Involvement in the Field / TBR Complaints to analyze and finding out the Root Cause for Failures by Six Sigma Methodology.- Coordinating establishment and benchmarking of One World Quality (OWQ) Process requirements in the Division through Six Sigma Projects. - As IPQ coordinator, Identify and Implement In house process Improvements through In house process Quality drive.- As a Corporate Auditor, Improve the processes at vendor’s end through Suppliers Quality Policy Drive by giving guidance and Implementing Six Sigma Methodology.- As a Corporate Six Sigma Trainer, Impart education and Training to executives through Six Sigma Training Programs in establishing Six Sigma quality culture across all Divisions.- Mentoring Six Sigma Green Belt projects of the division.
