• A Certified SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC 6) offering 18+ years of IT experience where in 5+ years of rich & extensive experience in Agile.• As a scrum master, coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.• Coaches the Delivery Team and does anything possible to help the team perform at their highest level. This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, and doing things like working with the Product Owner to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint.• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to maintaining the product backlog and product backlog refinement.• Experienced in aligning team members with organization & client Vision, Mission, Goal & Strategies.• Facilitate the teams progress toward team goals continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.• Facilitate the scrum events: Scrum of Scrum, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, sprint/ release planning meetings and PI Planning.• From retrospective, identify tangible growth areas and apply improvements moving forward.• Helping the Team to give estimate by using the Planning Poker technique., T-shirt sizing• Knowledge of Health Care, CRM, Document Management System.• Train & hands-on demonstrate Agile concepts & use of artefacts such as user stories, story Splitting, planning, estimation, Prioritization Technique (MoSCoW, WSJF, KANO model).• Play a leadership role within the teams to help remove impediments and facilitate an environment of continuous improvement and adoption of agile/scrum practices.• Good working Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe Framework.
