I have started my carrier in late 2008 from younglin corporation as a service manager in analytical instrument field for 2 year , then the journy continued from agilent technologies int. pvt ltd gurgaon for 3 years 6 months, I then shifted to Waters India Pvt. Ltd indore as a senior engineer and worked for 3years and had taken a break due medical issue for a year and then joined Toshvin analytical indore as a manager customer support branch head and worked for 3 years and 6 months.I have a vast experience over analytical instruments including GC, HS, GcMS, MSMS, HPLC,UPLC,UV, FTIR, ICPMS,AAS.Also having a versed experience in analytical softwares like Empower, lab solutions, open lab, ez chrome chem station, clarity, LIMS. CRM, Sap. having a good command over productivity softwares like SAP, CRM, Seible etc.in my most recent job I have handeled a team of skilled engineers in feild to provide excelent services with customer delight, installation, breakdown, preventive maintenance and application supports.also have taken business growth from few laks to 2.2 cr per year. hence having a good experience in handaling managment position with business strategies and goals.
