• The position has the responsibility to lead facility management functions for the respective site.• Conducting snagging/de-snagging of units and common areas with systems and taking handover of the same from the Projects team.• Conducting daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures / building and facilities and services are carried out.• Planning the vendor manpower for the site and ensuring efficient vendor management.• Ensuring manpower at the site is enabled to face challenges by guiding, grooming, developing and supporting them as and when required.• To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed within the TAT.• To ensure all the planned preventive maintenance are being timely carried out. Resolving emergency maintenance matters with urgency.• Creating and submitting the daily management report, the monthly management report and other MIS reports as required by the management.• Reviewing and ensuring data (hard and soft copy) emails/ client files are updated • Coordinate and maintain the as-built and drawing transition document library.• To ensure effective implementation of best safe work practices to maintain a high awareness of safety among all site staff.• To ensure that all materials and equipment are maintained as per 5S and Kaizen principles.• To conduct daily briefing of facility staff and ensure deployment as per duty roster.• To conduct periodical training for all team members on their job responsibilities.• To identify, suggest and implement avenues for cost control, savings maintenance, operations
