With over 30 years of work experience in various industries and roles, I have developed a strong passion for strategy, team building, and team management. My mission is to help students achieve their B-School dreams and prepare them for the challenges and opportunities in the global market. As the Center Director at T.I.M.E., India's top test-prep institute, I leverage my CFA and Masters in Management credentials to provide quality guidance and coaching to the aspirants of CAT and other competitive exams.In my current role, I have mentored thousands of students from Coimbatore and have helped hundreds of them secure admission to the prestigious IIMs and other top B-Schools. I have also been responsible for managing the operations, finances, and marketing of the center, as well as leading and motivating a team of faculty and staff members. Some of my key skills include strategy formulation and execution, business development, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. I enjoy working with diverse and talented people who share my vision and values, and I always strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment for the students.
