• Lead a team of 3 technical recruiters and assist with day to day tasks including qualifying requirements, creating targeted search string, identifying candidates and closing job offers • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting and daily candidate delivery for various open requisitions in Information Technology• Served as SME on an enterprise roll-out of a new technology recruiting platform and functioned as local office POC for UAT testing, end-user adoption, and change management

• Maintain high levels of activity weekly averaging 150+ calls, 10-12 candidate submissions, 3+ interviews and 1-2 accepted offers• Partner with Hiring Managers to shape job requisitions in order to find and retain top talent• Cultivate partnerships with IT professionals across the D.C Metro area and maintain a large pipeline of active and passive candidates • Identify customer pain points and align recruiting strategy to meet business needs• Help define hiring strategy and interview best practices for internal hires• Use KPI metrics for training, strategy and process improvement• Function as a consultant to clients and candidates by offering industry/market research for trends in recruiting, pricing, streamlining interview process and onboarding • Lead formal and informal training sessions/presentations to develop skills of junior recruiters and offer best practices• Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searching on various job boards/social media networks: Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Recruitmax, AgentEM, and Indeed• Coach candidates through interview process with clients and conduct thorough debrief sessions to determine follow up activity• Highly skilled in negotiation of compensation/employment terms with candidates and clients• Assist with candidate onboarding process including background checks, drug screening, I9 verification, etc.

• Coordinate, create and conduct small group and individual lesson plans based on Biology and Chemistry education requirements.• Develop and conduct laboratory-based training to complement classroom content.• Routinely evaluate student training needs and adjust development and educational programs to meet the requirements of special needs students.• Collaborate with teachers in other content areas to integrate education and lead teachers in annual training schedule planning.• Maintain a structured learning environment for all students.• Advise students in the compilation of a Senior Portfolio as part of a graduation requirement
