 Components validation for Schematics creation by using Engineering client database software.  Preparing Schematic Wiring Diagram by using E3 Tool.  Data collection thru EPDM PLM software updated from customer’s end. Update the new/modified circuit and implement in schematic diagram. Harness details will be updated by our clients and we use that to create a schematic circuit in E3.  Knowledge in wiring harness routing, clamping mechanisms and assembly as per Standard. Diagnose electric circuits available in vehicle and power supply calculation for fuse rating.  Selection of wire size & type, Selection of fuse, relay, connector, terminals, etc. as per vehicle specification & features as well as standard. To collect all the required details and creating schematic diagrams and discussion with customer side and then delivered to the final customer.
