RESPONSIBILITIES• ERP R12 Implementation• Handling Procurement • Supplier evaluation & selection process.• Capital Commitment, Fortnightly Cash Flow with projection, Link Management System ( LMS) Bandwidth Tracker ( End to End process) including Link Commissioning/decommissioning & Amortization, AMC Tracker to ensure that AMC is entered for Assets outside warranty, Import Tracker to track the shipments ( FOB & CIF) likely to come & status of shipments arrived/cleared etc., Open Purchase order, Follow up with supplier’s regarding shipments & delivery including payments Local & Foreign, Implementation of Just in time system for Inventory items, Maintenance of Inventory management system Minimum & Maximum quantity in Oracle Module, Information flow to warehouse about delivery schedule.• MIS Report on purchase order’s raised item wise but shipment’s yet to receive. Monthly report of supplier wise delivery schedule warehouse/city wise. Comparison of quotes received from various suppliers, renegotiate & deploy various cost saving techniques. To maintain minimum inventory at warehouses. Release Blanket PO as per the approved rate contract after negotiation & do release order for the city wise requirement. • Automation/Creation of Purchase Order in Oracle Module after the Purchase Requisition gets approved. Also Automation of Bandwidth Link Management System is being implemented. • Network Planning on materials management & requirement on PAN India basis for smooth roll out of sites. • Was handling the entire Fixed Assets in Oracle R12 Module .• Implemented Cellular Network Policy (CNP) for Inventory material at warehouse & Transit Policy with United India Insurance Co. Ltd. • Purchase Order Tracker & Insurance of goods.• Part of Preparation of budget. Compare the same with actual category & sub-category value wise, find out the reason for variance.

RESPONSIBILITIES• Leading a team of 6, reporting to the Accounts Manager.• Handling the entire Fixed Assets in Oracle 11i module, Control & approval of Purchase Order’s, Capex and Opex Invoices, CWIP checking/reconciliation, Monthly Capitalization, Depreciation, Schedule IV, Forex Loss/Gain accounting & Capitalization, Fixed Asset Tagging, Physical verification & Tagging of Assets cell site wise etc. Working of Provision Capitalization & CWIP. LC payments & Insurance claim settlement.• Handling Fixed Assets as per HK GAAP/IFRS Passing of depreciation & Forex related entries etc. Cell Site/Location wise Capitalization details & matching the same with the Inventory data.• Oversee SOX Compliance & network related Audit.• Management of Network related accounting and other related activities like Cell site sharing, Rent, Electricity, Property tax, Network Operating Expenses, Provisions, Approval of Vendor bills booked & payments, Statutory demands, Excise, Assets & Scrap disposal, Vendor price negotiation.• Handling Statutory & Hong Kong Audit. Interacting with the Management services Internal audit team.• Preparing Cell Sharing MIS Reports & Initiated various cost saving measures.• Participating in the Approval of all Network employee related claims & payment vouchers.• Involved in SAP Implementation.
