My focus on cost optimization through platform component commonality significantly reduced fixed costs and parts diversity across various EV models, enabling scalable and efficient production frameworks. At the Renault-Nissan Alliance, I played a pivotal role in the global lifecycle of the Nissan Leaf, one of the most prominent EV models. I standardized EV platform components across Nissan and Renault brands, achieving substantial cost-effectiveness and reduced lead times through agile project management. By migrating to advanced digital platforms like PLM & PDM, I enhanced EV development processes, improving collaboration and streamlining design cycles.
