Responsibilities : • Gained experience in incoming inspection through reading part drawings and specifications and measuring PPAP samples against the part requirements.• Responsible for In-house incoming parts, internal department discussions through interim audits (QPA/QSA) results and countermeasure follow-up & implementation.• Responsible for supplier management including qualifying new supplier’s approval though assessment of process/system capabilities and improving marginal supplier performance by root cause analysis with improvement. • Worked directly with suppliers to improve product quality, performance and reliability. Assisted in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating new process and equipment for new/existing products.• Weekly /monthly tracking, updating and reporting of the supplier performance. Quality Monitoring through CP, CPK & PPM levels for supplier quality performance. Monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPI’s.• Lead continuous improvement through regularly scheduled supplier assessments and closed loop 8D Supplier Corrective Action System. Productively planned and have the knowledge regarding reliability testing like endurance, salt spray, vibration.• Experience in Technical Testing of Television& Visual Display Products (Distribution: Vibration & Drop, Environment: Temperature & humidity Cycles Reliability: Life Span, ESD Simulation & Aging, Picture Quality: WB, Linearity & Light Leak).• Responsible for making and finalize Mechanical Product Reliability test cases and the test conditions.• Responsible for flawless launch of new products and monitoring the Product Quality till end of life.• Continuous monitoring of Market failures DPPM and ensure to achieve the target DPPM.

Responsibilities : • Leading & coordinating various activities related to supplier-customer relation improvements. • Periodic review of FMEA & Control plan as per plan in assistance with CFT team.• Ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms, identifying gaps thereby taking corrective action• Adept in handling Supplier process improvements, Supplier quality-related activities involving Supplier’s audits, vendor development, supplier in-process inspection and coordination with internal departments• Possess excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management, process enhancement, and training & development• Managing QIS (Quality information system) comprises of 8D methodology to solve Supplier, In-house & Customer quality issues.• Preparing trend charts for In-house, In-coming & customer ppm in monthly basis, Pareto analysis on in-house issues. Preparing statistical control charts for critical process specs & product dimensions based on engineering spec.

Intern Summary :Period of serving as an Internship Training in “ZF Wind Power Coimbatore Private Limited” under QES Department (Quality, Environment, Safety) with successful initiation of nascent project titled "Reduction of cycle time for planet carrier heating" by main objective to reduce cycle time to approx. 4 hours in advance and various advantages of optimized consistency, maximum quality/productivity, environment friendly & reduced energy consumption were achieved.
