The objective of Omni Channel Reporting project is to consolidate online & retail sales for BI reporting. Talend used to ingest EDW data into Hadoop. The architecture component includes various layers like, Raw, Transform, Consolidation, Aggregation and BI layer. Data models are prepared for various subject areas like, Product, Location, Time, Price, Inventory, Sales etc. Hive/Pig scripts used to move the data between layers and to implement the business logic.
