In this role I was tasked to design some highly innovative solutions to cater to Vodafone Emerging Markets of Africa and India. At Idea i started as the SPOC for all Value Added Services (VAS) planning and rollout across the 22 operating circles.As an individual contributor, I performed product implementation design, technical integration management with circles and annual budget planning for all the VAS.Over time, my responsibilities included the design and implementation of SDP (Service Delivery Platform) integration with Billing/IN systems. I was part of this large scale SDP project which touched almost all elements of the Telecom business, gaining experience on Partner Management system, Content Management System, Messaging Gateway, Device Management Systems, Charging Gateway.

I was responsible for the complete operations and maintenance of Core Network elements such as MSCs, HLR, SMSCs.Over time, my responsibility included Value Added Services deployment and operations in BPL network.Here i gained expertise on GSM, GPRS and SS7 technologies, which helped me evolve into Network and VAS planning role in my next assignment.
