Was instrumental in setting up and heading the HR and Training services for a SW firm, EXILANT Technologies, based at Bangalore, ventured by Infosys Colleagues. Built HR from scratch to a strength of 500+, in a span of 4 yrs. Implemented new initiatives and was highly successful in this endeavour.

Worked for a decade in Infosys as a project manager. Was instrumental in managing and implementing Applications for various Fortune 500 companies. Been leading projects and people from 1995 onwards.
