• Handling the complete distribution Operations of Innovative Foods Ltd.• Handling complete Receivable, Inspection, Storage and Documentation of the shipments.• Ensuring upon QIP (Quality Insurance Program) on receivable of every shipment.• Optimum utilization of the warehouse and vehicles.• Supervising FEFO (First Expire First Out) control and use by date control.• Ensure that proper Physical Stock Keeping and Reconciliation• Handling inbound & outbound logistics as per orders and deliveries. Keeps a check on timely & planned off-loading of vehicles.• Maintain Purchase Register• Maintain Outbound Register• Maintain Appropriate and accurate documentation for both inbound and outbound logistics, • Supporting the sales team by timely execution & accurate delivery of orders and giving accurate information on inventory situation.• Maintain Monthly Stocks take as per physical, Stock register & System to find out the shortage.• Prepare various MIS reports as per requirement.

Keeps a check on timely & planned off-loading of vehicles. ; * Optimal planning of routes for delivery vehicles and maximum utilization of available resources esp., delivery vehicles. Managing drivers to achieve timely movement of vehicles. ; * Handling regulatory clearances and paperwork requirements for transit loads. ; * Appropriate and accurate documentation for both inbound and outbound logistics, in coordination with Factory and the customers respect. ; * Supporting the sales team by timely execution & accurate delivery of orders and giving accurate information on inventory situation. ; * Checks and tallies that the physical deliveries and receipts matches the data on the system. ; * Should be able to generate requisite sales and logistics reports ;
