* Head of Factory Operation.▪ Overseeing the manufacturing process ofcompounding like Color Masterbatch & FillerMasterbatch, Pre-color Engineering compounding.▪ Also directly involve to the research &development of new Masterbatches.▪ Ensuring that production is cost effective andimprove the productivity by using the limitedresources and as well as to get out the maximumoutput.▪ Ensuring that products are produced in a timelymanner and are produced within quality guidelines.▪ Foreseeing potential problems before they happen.▪ Liaising among different departments.▪ Working with higher management to uphold andimplement company policies and goals.

1. Overseeing the manufacturing process of Masterbatch by Extrusion Process.2. Also involve the Research & development of new Masterbatches.3. Work with R&D team, to develop the IMM product produced by Injection molding machine.4. Ensuring that production is cost effective.5. Ensuring that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced within quality guidelines.

Duties/Responsibilities:1. Doing R&D with extrusion and thermoforming processes. 2. Formulate recipe for various extrusion process. 3. Take initiative steps for reducing expenses and increase productivity in extrusion and thermoforming lines. 4. Fix, monitor and control various process parameters in extrusion and thermoforming. 5. Manage and evaluate the machine resources to determine productivity to meet the desire production target. 6. To enhance speed and efficiency of thermoforming and extrusion process by doing effective work flow policies. 7. Work with raw material which is suitable for extrusion and thermoforming process.

Working with department heads to uphold and implement company policies and goals.8. Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed.9. Supervising and motivating a team of workers.10. Identifying training needs and ensuring proper training is provided.11. To account and control of standard usage ratio of consumption of raw materials, chemicals, utilities & power. 12. To improve the productivity by using the limited resources and as well as to get out the maximum output.13. To ensure that daily equipment's are regularly checked and all information is recorded.14. Test of raw materials, intermediate products, finished products and packaging materials.
