Drafting of Private Placement offer letters, Information Memorandums Trust deeds etc.9. Drafting various Shareholders Agreements, commercial agreement , service agreements etc.10. Preparation of Business plan and valuation model11. Structuring ESOPs.12. Manage rating exercise, Grading, social Rating, Code of Conduct assessment, smart campaign etc.
