The story of my career started in ACI as a Marketing Officer in 1999 in the sales of its crop care business. Following many successes, in 2007, was given the responsibility to build ACI Motors business. Starting as a one-person operation, ACI Motors has thrived into a team of roughly 1,700+ employees and now generates over BDT 2353 crore in revenue, becoming one of ACI's fastest-growing subsidiaries.Under my leadership, ACI Motors experienced remarkable revenue growth. In 2016, revenue more than doubled (147% increase) from BDT 261 crore to BDT 645 crore. This impressive trajectory continued in 2017 with a 46% increase, reaching BDT 939 crore. The following year saw a steady 19% growth, bringing revenue to BDT 1122 crore. Revenue continued to climb exponentially in 2019 (17% growth) and 2020 (24% growth), reaching BDT 1314 crore and BDT 16311 crore, respectively. Finally, revenue growth hit its peak in fiscal year 2021-2022 with a remarkable 44% increase at BDT 2353 Crore.ACI Motors' profits (PAT) soared by a remarkable 167% in 2016, quadrupling in value. This impressive momentum continued in the following years, with sustained growth of 38% in 2017 and 45% in 2018. Notably, FY 2021-2022 witnessed a significant surge in PAT growth, reaching an exceptional 72%.Led ACI Motors in achieving Guinness book of world records for creating the largest motorcycle logo. Formally appreciated by global Yamaha for innovative marketing activities. Popularized and organized the business of agriculture machinery in Bangladesh like Tractor, Combine Harvester, Power tiller.
