 Responsible in commissioning, operating, start-up, shut down and Emergency handling in safe manner adhering to company standards for the Condensate Fractionation Unit (UOP Technology). Condensate Fractionation unit includes:Condensate Fractionator, LPG merox, Light end fractionation unit, Amine Treating Unit, Jet merox, Diesel Hydro Treating Unit, Sour water stripping Unit, Sulphur Recovery unit. Review PFD and EFD for the safe and reliable operation of the plant. Develop and write Standard Operating Procedure for the start-up,shut down and emergency condition arising in the plant. Co-ordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities which include loop checks, function test and punch list items. Routine checks of assigned area and equipments involved like Operator’s Basic care and report of any abnormalities. Collect routine samples, carry out routine task and Month End Inventory. Prepare equipments for minor and major maintenance jobs. Review, preparation and issuing work permits based on priority and non-priority of the work involved. Trouble shooting and elimination of operational deficiencies to keep the final products on specification. Maintain and update log book and for shift hand-over to the oncoming shift personnel. Reading and Usage of Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams for various facilities. Co-ordinate in the Turn down activities, commissioning and normal operation . Maintain good housekeeping and report of any unsafe conditions arise.
