I founded SUBSEA NDT & Engineering in 2016 to offer specialized consulting, focusing on quality Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services. As a sole practitioner working part-time, I provided NDT training, testing, and certification services, helping clients achieve high standards in their nondestructive testing projects. My work encompassed both technical consulting and hands-on support to ensure clients met rigorous safety and quality requirements across various sectors. Through tailored guidance, I empowered teams to excel in NDT practices, emphasizing precision, reliability, and compliance.

• Serving as Project Manager for medium to large NDT/NDE and Special Inspections projects;• Preparing documentation of (and mentor staff in performing) field activities, observations, and testing on construction projects, and their conformance with (or deviation from) project plans and specifications;• Daily use of field and laboratory information management systems, for recording and reporting of field observations and testing results;• Generating and/or reviewing field and laboratory cost estimates and proposals in accordance with projects plans and specifications, national and international code requirements, and client-provided requests for proposals;• Mentoring of other professionals and technician staff in client development and project management;• Development and maintenance of a local client base capable of providing sufficient revenue to achieve financial objectives established during annual business planning;• Coordination of local and regional business development and marketing efforts;• Possessing a strong understanding of effective leadership, business metrics, safety policies/procedures, human resources policies/procedures, and risk management awareness;• Development of relationships with peers in the local and international engineering and construction communities through participation in local and international professional organizations such as the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), American Welding Society (AWS), British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT), Engineering Council (EC), and American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).

Develop and improve IRM (Inspection, Repair, & Maintenance) Program for SubSea Division utilizing divers and remotely operated vehicles. Plan, conduct, and report on underwater inspection programs to include Nondestructive Testing/Examination using NDT/NDE methods such as Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonics (UT) including Phased Array, Time of Flight Diffraction, Long Range, and Automated techniques (PAUT/TOFD, LRUT, AUT), Radiographic Testing (RT) including Computed, Real-Time, & Automated RT, Alternating Current Field Measurement Testing (ACFMT), Corrosion Protection Inspection, Concrete Inspection, Sub-sea Video Inspection, and Photographic Inspection. Train and develop inspection divers and ROV technicians in NDT/NDE methods within the scope of company procedures to hold NDT Level II inspection certifications both topside and underwater. Develop and write Method Procedures, Working Instructions, Reporting Forms, and publish into practice. Continually design, build, & introduce new technology into the field to cater to clients needs. Provide turnkey inspection, repair, and maintenance solutions for client's offshore, coastal, and inland structures.

Conduct salvage operations, work below the surface of water, using surface supplied commercial diving or saturation diving to wet weld structures or utilize hyperbaric welding systems. Will use a variety of welding equipment as well as perform NDT, rig explosives, or photograph structures or marine life.
