ATT (Mobile Integration Workgroup)Responsibilities included the creation of requirement based test scripts, test execution, defect analysis and defect triage.Executed 404 test cases over 4 test cycles for the Media Mall 3.0 project for Cingular, now AT&T while employed at Mobile Integration Workgroup (MIW)Devices tested included multiple models of Motorola, LG, Nokia, Samsung and SE utilizing WAP 1 and WAP 2 wireless protocols over 2G and 3G wireless networks.Testing was performed across the data spectrum including phones, Mobile Access Gateway (MAG) and PORTAL servers.Wrote and executed test cases using QC for a project for Vidiator through AT&T.Did test case and content validation for Media Mall in preparation for build 3.1.Used Wireshark on both client/device side and server side to troubleshoot and debug networking issues with test devices and environments.Strong knowledge of the wireless server network systems used by AT&T and other wireless companies, as well as troubleshooting networking issues covering both device and server hardware/software using command line and GUI tools for analyzing packet data.
