• Looking after complete business of one company DSOs and ECAT Frenchiusees.• Ensure achievement in each target segment (Secondary, Loading, activations, MNP, Postpaid, New Ecat Development)• Ensure best working at retail (per outlet balance, TS & MNP unique retailers)• Design the promos For DSOs & retail level in order to create competition, hype and push all team members towards target achievement• Target division amongst DSOs and ensure its achievement on daily & monthly basis, which consequently results in company over all target achievements• Ensure acknowledgement of company retail promos, local retail promos, new procedures (e.g., CRBT, TS, mnp@retail, presales automation etc) at retail by visiting 50 shops/day on average.• Ensure execution of all directives, strategies from company side in proper manner to achieve required results• Ensure daily & monthly activations target achievement from DSO team working on kiosks & DDS activity• Ensure POS material replenishment at each outlet through company and funded merchandisers (instruct merchandisers to give understanding to each outlet about message on POS material)• Ensure ECAT target achievements by giving them good understanding and guiding how to achieve monthly targets• Ensure the jobs done within time and date lines set by company• Used to send market intelligence report (MIR) on weekly basis
