Managing day to day affairs viz., User ID creation, Configuring MS outlook, Password reset, account lockout issues etc. Managing the calls through tools like e-helpline, Vodafone Applications & remedy and over phone. Giving remote solutions using Dame ware, Symantec PC Anywhere
