Gregg F. Prior to this he served as a Senior Organizational Change Consultant with Cerner where he helped individuals, teams, and organizations in the healthcare industry to optimize transitioning through the human factors of change by utilizing an education, exposure and experience model of learning and collaboration. Previously he served as a Senior Director, Director, and Senior Manager for Talent Development and Executive Coaching at Zachry Group leading a team of professionals who focused on the development of over 20,000 employees across the enterprise. Prior to joining Zachry Group, Dr. Tanoff was a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach for Right Management, a global talent management-consulting firm, in the Gulf and Latin America region. In this role, he was the engagement lead on large-scale strategic projects, managing a team of consultants and support personnel to assess, design, and deliver exceptional talent management and organizational effectiveness solutions, including executive assessments, coaching, 360-degree feedback, leadership development initiatives, and strategy solutions. Before joining Right Management, he served as the Director for Leadership Development and Talent Management at The SCOOTER Store. Dr. Tanoff joined The SCOOTER Store after seven years as an Executive Consultant and Team Leader with Personnel Decisions International (PDI), an HR consulting firm focused on the selection and development of leadership talent. Prior to his tenure with PDI, he completed a 20-year career with the U.S. Air Force where he was the Deputy Department Head and Assistant Professor for Leadership Programs in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the Air Force Academy, as well as a combat decorated pilot and commander. He obtained his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Oregon and is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) with a specialty designation as an Executive/Corporate/Business/Leadership coach.
