With experience in program support and planning, I am adept at intervention understanding and coordination.In addition to my academic background, I have hands-on experience as a Health Coach Intern, where I assessed individual health and fitness needs, completed fifty-six individual health risk assessments, and supported twenty clients in their health and wellness goals and behavior change. I also implemented a 66-day Healthy Habit challenge and coached participants struggling with their health-related goals. As a store manager, I improved store operational efficiency by 30% by implementing an Excel inventory management system. I'm proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suites.
