Set annual sales strategy, monthly/weekly plans and targets - Develop strategic sales plan to meet the company’s sales targets- Set the budget for sales function per sales plan and targets- Communicate sales strategy, plans, targets, and tactics to all Recruitment Consultants on an on-going basisDrive sales process & performance- Lead and guide the Recruitment Consultants team on implementing the strategies/plans to achieve their annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities in each target segments- Use the CRM System to monitor and analyse the reports of sales achievement and performance (Pipeline & KPIs) to strategize the necessary sales tactic ensuring that the Recruitment Consultants team performance will meet the company’s monthly and quarterly objectives- Conduct weekly meeting with Recruitment Consultants team to review sales performance and make necessary adjustments to the sales strategy - Support Recruitment Consultants team in negotiation and closing critical dealsBuild and maintain strategic relationship with existing and new clients- Regularly develop and maintain strategic relationship with key clients focusing on influencers, and decision-makers- Ensure Criterion representative at major networking events, conferences, tradeshows, and expositionsDevelop & mentor the Recruitment Consultants team- Recruit and select high-performing Recruitment Consultants- Champion and sponsor the training and development of team- Conduct one-on-one meeting with Recruitment Consultants on a bi-weekly/monthly basis to manage performance and coach for growth- Co-design with MD the sales incentive compensation schemes and plan to motivate the sales performance- Ensure that Recruitment Consultants team keep up to date with industry trends and competitor’s movement in the market- Act as a role model for collaborative work approach and set the standard way of working in the team

- Plan, identify and develop potential key accounts for IT & HR functional areas- Maintain, network and build relationships with clients and candidates- Account management, business development and targeted specialization within industry - Provide career coaching to candidates and professional advice to clients on market opportunities, trends and remuneration package
