I recruited and lead director level product line managers, fraud analysts, and talented engineers across company to design and build new robocaller detection system to achieve 5X improvement in number of robocallers detected at Tier 1 US Telecom operator with 70M+ subscribers.- Lead team of 7+ engineers and fraud analysts to design and build new unsupervised machine learning algorithm to detect IRSF fraud in real-time to win two $500K contracts. New algorithm detects 40X more fraud than previous patent pending algorithm.- Designed and lead a team to build a new system for fraud analysts to label data to achieve 42X increase in speed of number of samples labeled / week. - Built, managed all devops for R&D clusters used by the ML teams: Distributed Tensorflow / Apache Flink using Docker Swarm and Ansible.
