During my placement with the MBA Placement team I was assigned the following tasks. I was able to cultivate numerous soft and hard skills during the course of my Industrial placement with the MBA Placement Team.1. Responsible for creating and publishing the MBA Newsletter.2. Managing the application process for brokered opportunities through Infohub by creating links to promote opportunities to students via email and newsletters.3. Manage the workshops calendar and assist the team with the workshops scheduling and promotions.I was responsible for creating the registration links and promoting it to students through emails and newsletters4. Manage the social media calendar in promoting the MBA Placement Teams events and activities.5. I was also responsible for increasing the student engagement of the MBA students with the MBA team.6. I have additionally worked with different teams supporting various activities undertaken by the university like Open Days, supporting Clearing, Career Mentoring events.7. Assist the team as required for creating promotional materials.8. Promote additional activities like mentoring, GEP, grehacks and other events happening across the University that are useful for the MBA Students.9. Not only the above, I have additionally undertaken the responsibility of the MBA placement Team inboxes maintaining it for over 3 months.
