As part of Customer Journey Team, I created a persona-driven approach that was unique to each of Adobe's clients and their business needs by envisioning the art of possible. We built use-case driven journeys on how Adobe Cloud solutions can be integrated to transform the customer’s digital brand and inspire a future vision.I worked with clients like Government of Australia, Government of Singapore - Changi Airport, Samsung, Capital One, Rite Aid, Accor Hotels, Real Madrid C.F., Lufthansa, Citibank and others. With the Digital Strategy Team, I created the design and marketing strategy for Coles Supermarkets, Australia and CJ LiveCity (CJ Enm).As lead, my role was to generate and execute leads in the JAPAC region.

As a Designer Manager within Jio, I was responsible for the future designs of the Jio Giga TV and Giga Experience which would bring together all the Jio apps into one experience.My role involved conceptualising and delivering the Giga TV experience while leading a team of designers from W12 - a London based design studio.

As an HMI (Human Machine Interface) designer part of the electrical engineering team, I was involved in designing the infotainment screens for Range Rover Velar, Jaguar F-Pace, and Jaguar I-Pace.The challenge was to figure out ways to keep the interactions minimal and still ensure the driver and the co-passenger were able to conveniently use the vast library of options. There were extensive collaborations with the technical team and core design team to maintain the existing infotainment ecosystem and yet produce cohesive designs that are unique, easy to navigate and use.
