I provide relationship leadership and project management for ITS Application Services. I facilitate both strategic and operational conversations with stakeholders to identify, prioritise, progress and manage university enterprise application projects. I was a Business Analyst in the Student Management Solution Implementation project and its post-implementation support team. This multi-million programme was the largest transformational changes undertaken by Massey University, and included the replacement of the existing Student Management System and all associated processes, and implementation of CRM and Curriculum Management system.Key accountabilities and achievements:• Worked across the whole student lifecycle, including recruitment, admission, enrolment, progression, exam scheduling, fees and finance and academic model • Used critical analysis and judgement to identify and develop business and technology solutions that meet the requirements and deliver objectives• Built a professional relationship with key stakeholders through planned engagement to understand their requirements and monitor user satisfaction• Evaluated information gathered from multiple sources, reconciled conflicts and decomposed high-level information into process documents• Designed and mapped business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements• Applied Agile - Scrum tools and methodologies to the programmeAward:• Project implementation award - Duct Tape Award for being able to fix just about anything
