Sucheta Kamath is the Founder/CEO of ExQ ®, a two-time TEDx speaker, an award-winning speech-language pathologist, a Full Prefrontal podcast host, sought-after educational consultant, a Professor of Practice and visiting faculty at the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Private university in Coimbatore, India), a 2025 Fellow of the Georgia Education Policy Fellowship Program and a MMTCP Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with a 14-year meditation practice. As an EdTech entrepreneur and a creator of a patented 100% digital curriculum, Sucheta is on a mission to innovate personalized leaning and empower all school-aged children to cultivate self-awareness, strategic thinking and hone their Executive Function skills so that they can learn how to learn. Lastly, as a community leader Sucheta serves on many boards including ASHFoundation, Leadership Atlanta, GSHFoundation, Brain Aneurysm Foundation, Multifaith Initiative to End Mass Incarceration and as a Hindu community leader partners with interfaith communities to build bridges through spiritual and faith-based practices that enable dialogue for conflict resolution and communal healing. A life-long learner, educator, and mentor, Sucheta is the recipient of multiple professional awards for developing process-specific training programs designed to teach mastery of Executive Function, memory, higher-order cognition, and self-regulation in K-College space for college/career readiness and to achieve overall wellness and well-being. As the founder of the Buckhead Mindfulness Group, Sucheta offers bi-monthly Mindfulness Meditation sits in her local community.
