My duties include overseeing programs, ensuring programmatic support, and maintaining compliance. I represent MANSI at both national and state levels. With over a decade of experience associated with the ASHA program, I am developing new strategies, including revising capacity-building initiatives for ASHAs. This involves creating solutions to enhance their knowledge and skills through biannual assessments and tailoring individual plans for each ASHA. I am also working towards shifting the role of ASHA Facilitators from "Monitors" to "Mentors."
