General Manager - Process Development
Current Heading the entire machine procurement & process improvements part for the organization Coordinating with Cross-functional Teams such as R&D, Quality, Higher Management and Production Working independently with least guidance from the management; leveraging a combination of technical skills and management skills Working on machine development ,procurement, installation & commissioning for plants considering functional requirements within specified budget and time frame Administering the entire gamut of activities including collection of data, analysis, designing and productionizing of the new process within specified budget and time frame Troubleshooting complex process engineering problems by analyzing and resolving root causes Studying and implementing new technologies and establishing coordination with plants and vendors for process improvement Driving vendor/suppliers development in the interest of organization and process requirements by identifying, selecting, negotiating and working with them Fostering healthy communication in a multi-cultural environment with all levels of associates, employees and the management
