Food Service Supervisor
Current- Overseeing the daily operation of the dining services
- Ensuring that all the food safety protocols are met by the dietary staff and cooks
- Ensuring food quality and satisfaction is fulfilled for all residents
- Directing, planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the Nutrition Service Departmentto ensure needs of each resident are met
- Maintaining these standards within an established budget and existing legislative parameters
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
