1. Project- Storage [CBFS] Tank Terminal at Dighi Port, Raigad, MaharastraJob Responsibilitiesa. Constructional supervision and management for construction of Storage Terminals/Tanks at DIGHI PORT for SKI Carbon Birla.b. Worked with API 620, 650 codes Engineering Consultants [SEMMON].c. Supervision of contractors works including fabrication, installation, testing, painting, commissioning facilities, particularly Oil Storage tanks, Heater room, associated piping and pipelines.d. Installation, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning of Pumps, RTD, Level Indicator, Compressors, Package equipments.e. Maintain latest copies of all drawings and documents at the site office and Ensure that proper Quality control is maintained for all the works being carried out at site.f. Ensure that approved materials only are used in the works also care Material inspections, review and approval of Material Certificates.g. Preparation of Punch lists for mechanical completion of Tanks, Equipment, Piping and Pipelines, including for fire water system as well Instrumentation works.h. Checking and certification of Contractor’s invoices BOQ and DPR with respect to the actual progress at site.i. Witness all destructive & non-destructive tests, examined by the Contractors.2. Terminal Operational Head- Supply Chain Logistics Product CBFSJob Responsibilitiesa. Monitors pipeline activity, inventory and arranges for incoming product shipments.b. Performing operational duties in accordance with the Terminal Operating Procedures Manual.c. Maintain terminal record keeping regarding product quantity, Product Temperature and inventories.d. Maintains and monitors terminal systems and loading equipment.e. Performs quality control tests, supervises product loading, enforces safe practices, gauges storage tanks, maintain site files and uses company computer programs to assist in terminal operations.f. Assisting with construction/maintenance projects.
