- Managing a portfolio of Corporate Clientele from different industries such as Textiles, Aviation, Cables and Wires, Petroleum, Polyester, NBFC, Roads etc. - SPOC to the Corporates for issues ranging from Proposal Processing, Documentations, Compliances, Disbursement, Monitoring of the Post Sanction terms and operational banking issues - Have handled several complex M&A transactions through Scheme of Arrangements filed with NCLT for Leading Corporates in Textile Industry, largest Multi brand Retail and Petrochemicals Company. - Appointing and Engaging with Consultants and Top Advisory firms as Lenders Advisors and other services offered by them under regulatory framework. - Engaging with Leading Law Firms for documentation drafting process to ensure capture of all relevant and critical terms. - Monitoring Early Warning Signals for gauge the health of account throughout the loan tenor to safeguard the interest of bank.- Arranging Consortium Meeting, circulating Assessment Notes, Managing Escrow Accounts and addressing concerns of member banks/FI in case of Lead Bank with consortiums ranging from 8 banks to as big as 28 banks - Offering bouquet of products to existing as well as proposed clients during visits for business generation best suited to their needs and within the purview of banking guidelines.- Scouting for fresh business by engaging with Syndication Teams and Underwriters

- Branch Head for a District HQ Branch heading team of 10-12 employees. - Organised Customer Conclaves and Loan Mela as per DFS directions ensuring product awareness amongst masses.- Handled the sensitive period of COVID spread wherein the banks were at the forefront for cash availability and ensuring access of banking services to all when all other non essential services were shut.- Liaison with District Authorities including LDM & District Collector for implementation of several GOI Schemes for Financial Inclusion, MSME Development and Industrial Development in the entire Bikaner District region.- Managing entire operations of the branch along with team and handling issues ranging from Credit, General banking operations, Pensions, Cash management, marketing, Human Resource, Business Generation, Lockers etc.- Sanctioning Credit facilities to range of clients viz. Education Loans, Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, SME Credit financing (Upto Rs 5.00 Cr), Women Self Help Groups (SHG) etc - Dealing in Government Schemes for Financial Inclusion (FI) viz APY, PMJDY, PMJJY and ensuring penetration at district level.

- Branch Head for a remote Semi Urban Location heading team of 4-5 employees.- Managing entire operations of the branch along with team and handling issues ranging from Credit, General banking operations, cash management, marketing, Human Resource, Business Generation, Lockers etc.- Sanctioning Credit facilities to range of clients viz. Kisan Credit Cards (KCC), Education Loans, Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, SME Credit financing (Rs 50k to Rs 5.00 Cr), Women Self Help Groups (SHG) etc - Dealing in Government Schemes for Financial Inclusion (FI) viz APY, PMJDY, PMJJY and ensuring penetration at appropriate level.

- Scrutiny of Corporate Credit Proposals for value addition based on Bank's Controlling Office risk perception and providing timely approvals to branch office for credit delivery.- Reporting Directly to Credit - Head at Head Office and resolving doubts/queries of Top Executives pertaining to proposals. - Presenting the proposals in various Credit Risk Assessment Committees for clearance before sanction- Liaison with on site RBI Officials for Senior Supervisory Manager (SSM) Audit- Preparing MIS pertaining to Credit Proposals at brach offices for Review Meetings by Top Executives- Follow up with branches to ensure timely annual review/renewal of Credit Proposals

- Credit Proposals processing of Large Corporate Clients and Project Funding requirement of Infra & Non-Infra clients. - Assessment of Financial & Credit Risk related to projects vis-a-vis Regulatory Guidelines and Banks Internal Risk approach. - Clients included various industries/services viz. Manufacturing, NBFC's, Power Distribution/ Generation/ Transmission companies, Roads Projects (BOT & HAM), Commercial & Residential Real Estate, EPC Contractors, Food Processing Units etc.

- Ensuring Post Sanction and Pre Disbursement Compliances (PDCs) of Large Corporate Credit portfolio of 22-25 Clients. - Monitoring of performance indicators of such clients and ensuring internal and regulatory compliances. - Liaison with the KMPs of the clients to ensure their satisfaction and that credit requirements are met appropriately.

Handling Banking Operations including Trade Finance, Remittances, SWIFT transactions handling, Bank Guarantees issuance etc which provided valuable experience in real time client delivery challenges and in depth knowledge of credit facilities' post sanction nuances.
