• Responsible for In House assembly of the LT standard products & Tailor made products. • Inventory Management.• Root Cause Analysis of rejection and corrective and preventive actions• To update the entry of records in ERP system• To make monthly stock statement, shortages statement and give monthly loading to store department.• Preparation and Modification of BOMs of switchgear products.• Different type of Electrical test, SC Test, Overload test, HV test, IR test, Temperature rise test of LT switchgear products like MCCB, Air Circuit Breaker, Isolator, MCB,HRC Fuses.etc.• Interaction with R&D department for Tailor made product development as per Customer requirements.• Coordinating with stores, purchase, logistic & Testing department for ensuring the dispatch of finished products as per the delivery commitment.• Deal with the customers, sales and marketing department regarding quality issues, replacement issues and warranty certificate.

-Using 3D and 2D Designing software ‘Solid Works’ for Modeling(Design).-Different Types of Testing like “Endurance Test, H.V Test, Insulation Resistance Test, Short Circuit test of wiring device.as per IS Standard.-Prepare ISO Documents like Design Specification Sheet, Quality target sheet, Project Schedule sheet, Change of Record Design, BOM etc.-Handling Design related Problems, like materials change and solving other problems for development of products.-Do the Cost calculation of product and Process capabilty(Cp,Cpk) Analysis as a part of design calculation.-
