🔹 JOINT DIRECTORMy current role involves the integration of Tri-Services and national logistics, where I have reduced overhead costs by 10% and saved millions within a year's time. In addition, I oversee international reciprocal logistics support contracts between friendly foreign nations and HADR operations via Army units, IAF squadrons, Naval Marine Commandos, and ships as required.So far, I have directed 12 major operations that have saved the lives of more than 3000 people through crisis management, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief. My efforts proved indispensable in increasing the annual production targets for ordnance factories by 10% and increasing the number of indigenous vendors by 20%.🔹 MANAGERIn the early years of service, I monitored logistics & supply chain deliverables for 5 different locations in a cumulative span of 16 years, managed inter-functional teams of 400+ employees, restructured transportation models to reduce transportation costs by 10% and yielded 98% operational capability.
