  🔹 JOINT DIRECTORMy current role involves the integration of Tri-Services and national logistics, where I have reduced overhead costs by 10% and saved millions within a year's time. In addition, I oversee international reciprocal logistics support contracts between friendly foreign nations and HADR operations via Army units, IAF squadrons, Naval Marine Commandos, and ships as required.So far, I have directed 12 major operations that have saved the lives of more than 3000 people through crisis management, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief. In the midst of Covid-19, I set up 2 Covid hospitals and isolation centers to safeguard over 5000 members and strengthened seamless supply chain for teams deployed to VUCA locations.🔹 GENERAL MANAGERWhile serving as Chief Provisioning Officer, I formalized a multimillion worth supply chain for more than 3000 aircraft spares for the Indian Air Force, and was instrumental in introducing supply chain for 3 Western origin aircraft fleets. I was instrumental in increasing high-priority spare demand satisfaction of users by over 80% leading to improved serviceability for a crucial fighter aircraft fleet.🔹 SENIOR MANAGERAatmaNirbhar Bharat initiative and PAN India distribution to the IAF units were key components of my role as the Joint Director Weapons.
