I have managed or managing end to end delivery, operations, and technical leadership for more than 15 Forbes 50 Pharma/Med-Tech clients for Life Sciences division of TCS. In my current role of Senior Delivery Partner, I am responsible for building, growing, and sustaining a cluster of 4 such client relationships. My experience includes providing strong support to the sales cycle, followed by contracting, resourcing, delivery, operations, P&L ownership, finance operations, quality management and am directly responsible for revenue growth, profitability, and other SLA driven metrics for each relationship. I understand the Pharma business very well including the regulatory and compliance requirements in the industry and able to see the big picture and understand why our customers want to do what they want to do before starting the execution. I also have a strong technical background having climbed the ladder from technical roles earlier and continue to keep technology close to heart. I have strong expertise in cloud technologies and particularly Cloud DevOps and have mastery in the Unix Infra Ops as well. I also have exposure to Data Analytics using Excel Power Query and Power BI just out of personal needs to make good reports for my cluster and have coached several PMO offices to adopt some excel automation in day-to-day business. Combining my role responsibility and my technical background I practice "Coaching" style leadership where I lead by example and make my hands dirty on some occasions which inspires the staff that work for me and they are highly motivated to display their best productivity. I have 23 years of work experience, most of it in Life Science domain, out of which I spent 10 years between UK and USA and am very well versed with the culture of our customers from varying geographies. I love to travel, more on road and a car enthusiast as well and follow the automotive world every day. I also follow the Aviation industry very closely as I am passionate about how things fly.
