While my education largely spanned the Human Resource industry, you are never quite prepared for it unless you are in it. After working with several different clients and industries as a senior consultant, I knew I was hungry to learn more, know more, and try more. My responsibilities already entailed strategic planning, corporate business development, client relationship management, search assignments, and capturing industry insights. That’s when my turning point happened. A break from work as I became a new mother drove me to take the next big step in my life. I knew I had to do something different and thus...
