Wiser’s platform supports a variety of use cases, from market awareness and price management to shelf intelligence and retail execution. For me this was an internal transition from Numerator to Wiser, Wiser was setting up their operations in India and I joined them as the Country Manager to manage their India Operations. • Currently managing a team of approx. 200 employees. • Successfully transitioned a process in-house, reducing the cost by 60% resulting in an annual profit of USD 2 Lacs. • By adhering to the compliance and statutory procedures, recovered USD 1.2 Lacs. • Successfully saved an annual cost of USD 50,000 by establishing the Finance & Accounts team in-house. • Currently managing a team of 5 direct and 2 indirect resources and acting as a mentor to the people managers in India. • Ensured smooth transition of 129 employees from Numerator to Wiser, India. • Ensured the completion of statutory compliances for Wiser and setup of various company processes for India Operations. • Support all business activities in the country, being responsible for all growth and quality goals • Representing the company’s interests in the local community by participating in community activities and events • Liaising with IT, Facilities and operations, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Marketing, Learning and development, and Employee Branding to support their activities within the country • Ensuring the upward growth trajectory for India operations as planned.
