CurrentManaging overall operations of the Examination Institute in the SAARC region; delivering timely exams, results and certifications to clients and candidatesDeveloping strong relationships with clients, managers & team members for improving client relationships and grow businessDirecting strategy development, leadership & implementation, business & operational transformation execution, business solution delivery, and business development while ensuring best practice in terms of safety, legality and quality of serviceManaging third party relations including vendor assessment, relationship building, vendor negotiation & commercial assessment; maintaining all statutory documentationManage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the teamSupervising the finance and debt collections for the company while adhering to external auditsRecruiting new resources and offering them training; conducting staff appraisals & performance reviewsImplementing adequate controls on the areas of risk within the process
