Zero impact on operations due to Industrial unrest inspite of very political eco-system and 80 unions actively registered-Management of external stake holders viz Central Labour Ministry , State Labour Ministry , Ministry of Civil Aviation , Ministry of Health , CALCLB .-Successful hiring of more than 1500 positions and more than 200 in year post COVID.-Innovative Employee Engagement Action Planning which received appreciation from GPTW also.-Initiation and sustaining of several practices such as Employee of the Year , Pratibha – an internal talent show , Indradhanush – A business case model of innovation through Cross Functional teams, Umang – In house news letter for employees.
