My journey in yoga started with an introductory course called Yoga Instructors Course from S-Vyasa, post which I urged to get systematically deeper in this journey by successfully finishing Post Graduation Diploma in Yoga Therapy at the same university. Later, I also got certified as an RYT 200 Hatha and Vinyasa teacher.My expertise is Yoga therapy for ailments such as Diabetes, BP, PCOD, migraines, Back-pain, and Knee pain. She majorly deals with preventive care, which includes geriatric patients, Prenatal, and Post-natal clients.In the past couple of years, I have provided over 100 sessions to multiple corporate companies like Amazon, Reliance, Redaptive Services Pvt Ltd , Jp Morgan, Ntt Data Solutions, and Star Hypermarket.One thing I know is that employees work with dedication if they find fulfillment in their jobs.If they are not fulfilled they will be doing everything irresponsibly while making it tough for other people as well. What brings fulfillment is not the salary but the way they feel in the company.
