Spearheading Airtel's acquisition & product analytics across all major businesses including Prepaid, Postpaid, DTH, and Broadband (acquiring new customers, cross-selling to 30 crore customers). Leading a team of 15 analysts and BI professionals.

- Built analytics and data science team from the ground up, starting from 3 to 20 team members.- Led consumer analytics team that provided actionable insights on user acquisition and retention, product analytics, business expansion, pricing strategy, and efficiency improvement.- Led end-to-end implementation of high impact projects. The goal of these projects was to gather insights that could move key metrics disproportionately and implement these changes organization wide.

- Analyzed signup to booking funnel and recommended major product changes.- Analyzed conversion using EDA and surveys. Designed ideal product offering which became the basis for all route operations.- Estimated user base and identified new demand clusters using clustering algorithm for new route launches and extensions.- Closely worked with investor relations team and provided data-backed responses to investor queries.
