Applying tools that are backed by science, drenched in wisdom, #CONSISTENCY.I was busy checking off the "to do list" to success defined by my culture, society, parenting, being a "good enough" woman … it took me getting diagnosed with a potential burnout to finally SHOW UP FOR ME.I decided to bravely take a #sabbatical to really figure out who I was beyond my job title and Salary - and call it PROJECT SUCHI.I had no clue where to begin, what to do, why I was where I was... It has been an incredibly hard and supremely rewarding journey so far to joyfully obsess over self study. Unlearn, Discover, Aligning to my unique blueprint. I now say...like the mac slogan -once you go Mac you can't go back. Well I say- Once you go Inward you can only go Upward:) We've all been conditioned to believe Success IS Happiness but turns out they are two different paths and they both need to be equally invested in, equally pursued.
