Take part in client training and intermittent discussion with onsite tech-ops team to plan weekend testing and to monitor client dress rehearsals.• Work with gateway developers to resolve external connectivity issues related to FIX, FAST, file based and external API based connectivity.• Resolve disputes within team members.• Make sure the team competency and efficiency is continuously evolving.

• Develop a light weight UI framework and front end controls which will be primarily used to develop trader workstations. • Build Linux base multi-threaded applications using above framework, with a design to tolerate high message rates without hindering the performance of the machines and connected processes. • Develop these multi-threaded processes with due scalability, with conformance to internal fault-tolerance framework giving high resilience to overall system. Reduce data rates, minimize communication overhead and computations to accommodate more users per process.• Make sure changes, fixes and improvements are tested before releasing.
