Learning and Development expert with 20 years of experience. I started my working career as an assistant to the director of a small grain trading company at the age of 17. My next position was at AIESEC, starting in 1998, with the local committee of one of the largest international student’ organizations in Odessa, where I moved from team member to the local committee president in 2 years. During that time, I was a part-time local consultant at Odessa Regional Investment Promotion Bureau of Odessa regional government. Business developmentI had found my first business with partners in 2001. I sold it and took an position at the large 3,5-year TACIS project “Business infrastructure in Odessa Oblast, Lower Danube Euroregion”. Next project led to creation of “Eco Reed Intl” - the largest reed roof thatching company in Ukraine. Starting from 2007 at Pucelik Consulting Group, where I was responsible for sales, trainings and consulting in the organizational management area. I ran projects in Moscow, Vladivostok, Lviv, Kharkiv, and Kyiv. As a partner, I took part in the development of META International brand and international certification for NLP education at all levels. Starting from 2020 besides being the Head of pre-MBA Management and Leadership program at MIM-Kyiv Business School, I founded an eLEarning Lab, which is developing synchronous and asynchronous educational programs at MIM-Kyiv. T&D SpecialistI currently run courses on Leadership, Business Communication, and Negotiations at MIM-Kyiv, including being the only tutor in Ukraine for the computer-aided simulation Everest from Harvard Business School. I am a returning visiting professor for the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, doing courses at all levels. I wrote 4 books: “3 Circles of Leadership, Power. Management. Leadership”, “Impressive Speech. 51 Tip to a Public Speaker” and “Effective Communication for Educational Leaders” and a number of articles.
