1. Leading and managing the operational of R&D lab section of Analytical laboratory department as well as for innovative improvements.2. Supporting routine analytical lab section which is certified by 17025 in terms of method developments.3. Doing research on Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) application for various products based on oil palm plantation industry (up-stream).4. Taking responsibility on research collaboration with other department in terms of sample analysis in laboratory.5. Practicing working activities including administration and technical operations in conformance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025

1. Taking supervision on various activities of laboratory analysis, including managing and controlling some labors and quality of analysis results.2. Supporting research activities related conducted by other researchers in term of sample analysis laboratory.3. Managing operational of several laboratory instrument which of HPLC, GC-FID, GC-μECD, NIRS, Spectrophometer etc.4. Performing as a Radiation Protection Officer (Petugas Proteksi Radiasi) for low radiation activity in μ-ECD detector of GC intrument.5. Practicing every single working activities including administration and technical operations in conformance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.

Doing some marketing research surveys on:1. Survey of costumer perception of Toyota racing car event, Sepang- Malaysia (2012).2. Survey of Capsugel product marketing study project for some Industrial customers in Indonesia (2012).3. Coordinating survey on Capsugel product marketing study project for some Industrial customers in Indonesia (2013).4. Coordinating survey on promotion project of SCG cement industry in Indonesia (2013).

During the experience, I was doing some activities on that institution including:1. Conducting research project with a topic of "Heterogeneous Nickel Catalyst Development for Biogas Conversion into Syngas" which related to sustainability energy issues.2. Preparing scientific report and publication.3. Helping my Professor in supervising undergraduate students who doing lab working for their final projects.
